Current Research
My current research mainly focuses on the photovoltaic devices, especially on solar cell. We pay our great attention to the type of organic/inorganic composites solar cell, which has the advantage of mass production and low cost. The research efforts are directed toward forming a composites made of conductive polymers, nanocrystals (mainly InP related compounds), and nanorods/nanotubes.

Goals
Photovoltaic device made of conductive polymers and nanocrystals/nanorods with simple structure be fabricated and their dark and photo current and other photo response be measured.
